In 2010, with 14 years of experience at the Mexican restaurant Mr Taco and being in charge of the Rembrandt restaurant, the company decided to evolve the latter and open a new location on the seafront in Estartit.
With the basis of the international cuisine we did at the Rembrandt, and with the help of a new chef, we introduced our specialization with paellas and rice dishes, all made one at a time.
